Lakeland Regional Health is a leading medical center located in Central Florida. With a legacy spanning over a century, we have been dedicated to serving our community with excellence in healthcare. Our facility is licensed for 910 beds and handles over 200,000 emergency room visits annually, along with 49,000 inpatient admissions, 21,000 surgical cases, 4,000 births, and 101,000 outpatient visits.

Position Summary

Working under the supervision of the Director of Analytics, provide leadership to the Business Intelligence team. Responsible for ensuring that Business Intelligence projects are aligned with executive priorities. Accountable for all aspects of Epic data analysis, and delivery for the organization. Ensuring that we deliver insights and actionable recommendations to help the organization achieve its strategic goals.

Serves as a mentor for a healthy and safe culture to advance system, department and service experience. Develop positive, cooperative relationships across functional boundaries. Support and drive the value of team work and instill collaborative practices throughout the department and organization. Ensure coordination among team related to the design, administration, and communication of all Business Intelligence solutions for the health system.

    Ensure best practice standards for Business Intelligence and monitor compliance to ensure quality solutions. Oversee project timelines to ensure solutions are delivered on time and communicate with stakeholders any unforeseen delays. Apply sound business judgment in the execution of duties. Monitor department focus to ensure efforts are aligned with strategic goals, both by attending to the specifics of the processes and by ensuring that people meet the demanding standards of performance.
