** oversees daily store operations to

** nurturing inventory levels, and balancing expenses through purchase supporting. Additionally, the Branch Manager

** for all internal and external customers and call-in product, pricing, and technical inquiries.

* * the flow of accurate and timely daily processing of financial transactions, including cash reports, charge tickets, coding, costing, pricing, daily cash summaries, and bank deposits.
* Maintain the

* * of back order, open order, and Purchase Order (PO) expedite reports.
* ** Cultivate
* * and refine appropriate cylinder and hard goods inventory levels for the branch.
* Process orders

* * training for inside sales associates on product knowledge, company policies, processes, procedures, and safety, ensuring the confidence that all associates can perform essential branch functions.

* * in collaboration with Human Resources and senior management.

* Required Qualifications:

** equivalent**.
* ** Proven
* * managerial experience in a

* * expertise in Profit and Loss (P&L) management and the strategic use of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive performance.
* ** People Management**:
