As an Unwind Operator, you’ll be a key player in our high‑speed production environment. You’ll set up, operate, and maintain folder equipment to ensure smooth operations and top‑tier output. This role is ideal for mechanically inclined individuals who thrive in fast‑paced, team‑oriented settings.

• Set up high‑speed fan‑folders, including gear changes, timing, and spiral adjustments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve machine issues to maintain peak performance.
• Operate folder equipment efficiently to meet production goals.
• Track and report production uptime each shift.
• Support a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

• Education:
  
  High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience:
  
  Background in manufacturing, printing, or related fields.
• Skills:
  • Hands‑on experience with machine operation (printing, packaging, etc.).
  • Basic mechanical knowledge and hand tool proficiency.
  • Familiarity with safety protocols (e.g., lockout/tagout).
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to guide and support peers.

Estimated starting salary range: $21.00 per hour. The actual pay offered may be higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
