In the role of Warehouse Associate at Monster Energy, you'll be a vital part of our dynamic damage production team. Your mission is to power through tasks with precision and energy, managing all damaged product labels and placards for completed pallets, ensuring each case's batch numbers are spot-on. You'll also have the opportunity to energize and guide new team members, sharing your expertise while keeping the damage line running at full throttle.

- Make labels for reworked pallets and create placards to properly label reworked pallets.
- Assist in training temps on process and procedures in the damage area.
- Assist in tracking and maintaining correct lot codes.
- Maintain organization in damage area and machinery used in the area.
- Rework damage pallets to be converted to good inventory.
- Create damage reports to be used by inventory team to remove product from system.
- Perform weekly checks for rework area to see if product can be made into full pallets.
- Follow and implement all safety procedures and keep the Damage area clean.
- High school diploma or GED. While formal education is not required, relevant training and certifications, such as forklift operation or OSHA safety, is preferred
- Additional Experience Desired:
Between 1-3 years of experience in warehouse environment - Additional Experience Desired:
Between 1-3 years of experience in supply chain logistics - Computer Skills Desired:
Proficient in all Microsoft Office Programs - Preferred
Certifications:
Forklift operation or OSHA safety certifications beneficial
Monster Energy provides competitive total compensation. This position has an annual estimated salary of $14.00 - $19.00 per hour. The actual pay may vary depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.
