Maintenance Technician – Crown Health Care Laundry Services, LLC. — Lakeland, FL
We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to maintain and troubleshoot our industrial equipment. This role is essential to support our operations across multiple plant locations.
Base Pay Range$26.00/hr – $30.00/hr (based on skills and experience)
Shift Times- Mid Shift: 1:00 pm – 9:30 pm
- Overnight Shift: 9:00 pm – 5:30 am
- Perform preventive maintenance on assigned equipment.
- Record daily meter readings, boiler chemistry, and sanitation.
- Respond to maintenance calls during production hours.
- Repair machinery quickly and safely.
- Assist in training new employees on machinery operation.
- Minimum 2 years electrical experience.
- Strong communication skills.
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Knowledge of safety and quality practices.
- Ability to access all areas and equipment within the facility.
