Flex Warehouse Operator

Paid $22.60 per hour plus $1.00 per hour shift differential.

Part‑time role within Land O'Lake's Flex Manufacturing Program; 16‑29 hours per week with flexible scheduling options.

As a key member of our warehousing team, you will perform front‑line processes that ensure successful delivery of final products. You will coordinate inbound/outbound deliveries, pack and load goods using a forklift, assist with cycle counts, and maintain warehouse organization. Daily forklift operation and use of other plant machinery will be required.

• Complies with all safety processes and insists on safety practices of self and others.
• Shows up on time, completes tasks by deadlines, and adapts to changes quickly.
• Processes work orders by selecting correct products from racks, palletizing them, shrink‑wrapping, and staging the product order for delivery.
• Able to multi‑task and keep up with warehousing demands in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ensures all standard operating procedures are followed.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of work area.
• Successful forklift certification required.

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 6+ months of general work experience.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Able to read, write, comprehend, and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Willingness to learn new skills, problem‑solve, and troubleshoot.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills; respectful demeanor.

• 1+ year of warehousing work experience.
• Forklift experience.
• RF scanner proficiency.

• Able to lift/carry up to 60 pounds.
• Frequent movement including walking, standing, bending/stooping, turning, twisting, pushing, pulling, raising arms, lifting, climbing and other active movements.
• Performing duties while wearing personal protective equipment.
• Working in temperature zones that include cold and/or hot environments for extended periods and may include areas where dust and chemicals are present.
• Required to work scheduled shifts which may include weekends, some holidays, and periodic overtime.
