The Associate Analyst Specialist – Commercialization is responsible for supporting the successful execution of new products, product changes, and process improvements from development through full-scale production.

This role serves as the primary plant-level coordinator for commercialization activities, ensuring alignment between operations, quality, R&D, and supply chain. The Associate Analyst Specialist ensures that new and modified products are launched efficiently, meet quality and food safety standards, and are integrated into plant operations with minimal disruption.

• Support commercialization of new products from pilot and trial phase through full production
• Coordinate plant activities during product trials, startups, and initial production runs
• Ensure all required documentation, materials, and resources are in place for successful launches
• Track project timelines and ensure milestones are achieved

• Partner with operations, quality, maintenance, sanitation, and R&D teams
• Align plant activities with commercialization schedules and business priorities
• Communicate project updates, risks, and changes to stakeholders
• Support coordination between plant and corporate teams

• Assist in implementation of new formulas, processes, and product specifications
• Ensure proper setup and execution of new or modified production runs
• Verify alignment between plant execution and approved product standards
• Identify and elevate deviations or risks during implementation

• Collect and analyze data from trials and production runs
• Support evaluation of product performance, yield, and quality results
• Identify trends and provide insights to improve product and process performance
• Maintain accurate records of trial results and production outcomes

• Support troubleshooting during trial and startup phases
• Assist in root cause analysis and corrective actions
• Identify opportunities to improve commercialization processes and plant readiness
• Support continuous improvement initiatives
