This role is at the center of our manufacturing operation, bringing together production schedules, materials, inventory, and capacity to build plans the business can execute. You’ll lead and develop a planning team, work closely with colleagues across operations and supply chain, and help us respond when demand or priorities change.
We’re looking for someone who has:- 5–7 years of progressive experience in production, supply, or materials planning in manufacturing, including at least two years leading a team
- A strong understanding of production scheduling, MRP, capacity planning, inventory, and supply and demand balancing
- Experience using ERP or MRP systems, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to turn complex data into clear recommendations
- The confidence to explain planning risks, influence decisions across teams, and keep people aligned when plans change
- A practical approach to improving processes and helping others grow
Experience with JD Edwards or SAP, S&OP, or a high‑SKU or batch‑manufacturing environment would be a plus.
