Tampa Maid Foods is seeking an experienced and results‑driven Marketing Manager to lead strategic marketing initiatives across both the food service and retail segments. This role is responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, deepen customer engagement, and accelerate sales growth.
In the food service channel, the Marketing Manager will focus on B2B marketing efforts, while in retail, they will support Margaritaville brand initiatives. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this role also provides leadership and mentorship to the Associate Marketing Manager.
Responsibilities- Channel Marketing – Develop targeted programs and communications for food service operators, distributors, and retail partners, positioning Tampa Maid offerings as innovative, value‑driven solutions.
- Campaign Execution – Create and implement multi‑channel marketing campaigns (digital, trade, PR, print) to boost brand visibility and customer acquisition. Oversee social media platforms with a focus on ROI and lead generation.
- Product & Portfolio Management – Support the Stage Gate process, including feasibility evaluations, pricing/margin analysis, and project management for new product initiatives.
- Sales Enablement – Lead the development of sell sheets, presentations, videos, and training tools to support the sales team and product launches.
- Events & Engagement – Oversee rebate programs, trade shows, and industry events to drive customer engagement.
- Customer Communication – Prepare and deliver tailored presentations that clearly communicate Tampa Maid’s value proposition.
- Team Leadership – Mentor and evaluate the Associate Marketing Manager, supporting professional growth and performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field required
- 5+ years of product or brand marketing experience (food service/B2B strongly preferred)
- Proven ability to analyze market trends and consumer insights to develop actionable strategies
- Strong project management and presentation skills with attention to detail and timeliness
- Experience managing creative development and external agency partners
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high-quality standards
- Self‑motivated, collaborative, and skilled at team leadership and development
- Willingness to travel up to 25%
