We are looking for a skilled LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) to become a part of our facility's compassionate care-giving team.

LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) Responsibilities- Utilize your nursing experience where you can build meaningful and lasting relationships with residents and enjoy better hours and work/life balance.
- Be true to the purpose of the nursing field and work with a talented and motivated group of individuals who all have the same goal in mind: making a difference in the lives of our patients.
- A commitment to be present and compassionate every day.
- Able to exceed expectations and provide personalized service
- A valid LPN Nursing License
- 1-3 years' experience providing direct care to multiple patients/residents preferred; previous experience in Skilled Nursing environment desirable
- Previous LPN Nursing experience providing direct care to multiple patients/residents helpful
- Experience with Point Click Care
- Experience with long-term care and behavioral health preferred
