Position: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Scott Lake Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our care team. We provide high‑quality care in a supportive and welcoming environment.

Full‑Time 7:00 am–3:00 pm, 3:00 pm–11:00 pm, 11:00 pm–7:00 am shifts available. Walk‑in interviews available—no appointment needed.

Location: 800 East County Road 540A, Lakeland, FL.

We are a 120‑bed, state‑of‑the‑art skilled nursing facility that specializes in short‑term rehabilitation and long‑term care. Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Main

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Care for multiple residents in the facility; observe and uphold resident rights.
  • Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living.
  • Assist nurses with admitting, transferring, and discharging residents.
  • Assist nurses in administering treatments and examining residents.
  • Assist with restorative and rehabilitation care under proper instruction and supervision.
  • Maintain punctuality and consistent work attendance.

Required

Education and Experience:

  • Current and valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of practice and employment.
  • English language proficiency (reading, writing, speaking).
  • Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
  • Ability to work harmoniously with other personnel.
