REGISTERED NURSE SENIOR TEAM LEADER - FULL TIME

• Provide individual and group clinical training to Internal Medicine – Main, Family Medicine – Main, Float Pool, Nurse Run Clinic, and Urgent Care staff.
• Maintain and demonstrate competencies in Nurse Run Clinic, Urgent Care, Internal and Family Medicine Offices, MRI/CT, Executive Physicals, and Float Pool.
• Assist in completing clinical competencies required for all newly hired care team members and annual competency requirements.
• Ensure compliance with clinic policies and procedures and provide necessary training for care team members.
• Mentor newly hired and transferred care team members; complete employee training evaluation forms and monitor compliance.
• Develop and maintain a working relationship with Physicians, Providers, Care Team Members, Clinical Services Coordinator, and Clinical Director.
• Communicate relevant information to the Clinical Services Coordinator, provide performance evaluations, recommendations for improvement, and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Represent the department on the ACLS Committee, attend meetings, and disseminate information to the Clinical Services Coordinator, Director, and Care Team members.
• Assist with special projects and initiatives as directed.

Must be on feet most of the day in a fast‑paced, busy environment.

Medium workload with minimal downtime – see 80–100 patients per day; very active with moderate walking. May need to lift 50 pounds occasionally and 30 pounds frequently.

Requires close visual acuity for activities such as preparing and analyzing data, reading, and operating machines.

Minimal travel expected for this position.

• Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing school required; BSN preferred.
• Active Florida RN license maintained.
• Current certifications in BLS, PALS, and ACLS required.
• Two years of Critical Care or Emergency Department experience (Medical Surgical experience may be considered).
• Exceptional critical thinking, communication, team building, coaching, multi‑tasking, and prioritization skills.
