Job Title: RN Registered Nurse
Facility: Bedrock Rehabilitation and Nursing Center at Wedgewood
Location: Lakeland, FL
Shift: Full Time, All Shifts
Salary: Up to $40 per hour, depending on experience

• Oversee the nursing staff and ensure all residents receive high‑quality care according to their care plans and state regulations.
• Coordinate and delegate nursing assignments based on staff qualifications and resident needs.
• Provide guidance and support to nursing staff, including mentoring new hires and offering ongoing training and education.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members (physicians, therapists, social workers) to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
• Respond to emergencies and medical situations as needed, providing timely and appropriate interventions.
• Perform other job‑related duties as required.

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Valid RN license in the state of Florida.
• CPR certification required.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in long‑term care or a related setting.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical‑thinking skills.
