Geriatric Nurse Practitioner
Total Life Inc. seeks nurse practitioners to lead Longevity Days in partner senior living communities in the Tampa Bay-Lakeland area.
You will present to residents, then perform 45–60 minute longevity visits based on a geriatric assessment and individualized care plans. You will be trained and supported by our Chief Medical Officer, a board-certified geriatrician, with site days that start with a resident education talk and progress to patient visits as bookings grow.
