Hourly Manager Overview

Our Shift Managers are responsible for ensuring each shift runs smoothly. Beyond running a shift, this role is heavily involved in training new associates, serving as an example of "remaining calm at all times", opening and closing the store, and ensuring that our product meets the highest standards while providing exceptional customer service.

• Must be 18+ years of age
• 6+ months of proven management experience in the food service industry or a related leadership role
• This is an extremely "hands on" position; must physically work all shifts up front caring for guests and staff
• Friendly, enthusiastic, and full of energy
• Lead by example and uphold high standards of operation in a fast-paced environment
• Coach and give feedback to help their team grow
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Full-time availability, including late nights, weekends, and some holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Solid employment track record with positive references

• Constant standing and walking
• Occasional pushing, pulling, lifting, or carrying up to 55 pounds independently and safely
• Occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs, ramps, etc.
• Constant computer, point-of-sale register, and other equipment usage
• Frequent, continual, intermittent flexing or rotation of wrist and spine
• Constant reaching, turning, and performing precision work around fountain area
• Constant talking, expressing, or exchanging ideas by means of the spoken word
• Constant clarity of vision at near and/or far distances
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
