Full-time Experienced Line Cook

• Prepare dishes and recipes according to Harry's standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area/station.
• Follow all safety and sanitation practices.
• Complete other duties as assigned by manager on duty.

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of food preparation experience required.
• Experience with quantity food preparation preferred.
• General knowledge of cooking procedures, weights, and measurements.
• Demonstrate cooking skills and ability to follow established menus and recipes.
• Ability to work effectively within a team with a positive attitude.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to all company specs and quality standards.
• Demonstrating a high level of organization, cleanliness, and sense of urgency.
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work days, nights, weekends & holidays.
