$16.00/hr - $23.00/hr

You will make an impact by
  • Ensuring high-quality products are fresh, ready, and available in the café
  • Ensuring shelves are clean, maintaining temperature control, verifying expiration dates, and disposing of lesser-quality food products
  • Packing ready-to-sell products in proper containers and stock displays
  • Preparing and serving ready-to-eat food
  • Maintaining a clean, sanitized, and member-ready area
Responsibilities
  • Be a Team Member:
    Maintains up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise; collaborates with cross-functional teams; educates other associates on tools, tasks, and resources; communicates effectively with team members; and remains flexible to the needs of the business.
  • Be an Expert:
    Prepares food according to item specifications; plans for future and seasonal productions; adheres to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, inventory management; operates, maintains, and sanitizes equipment; understands product and layout execution.
  • Be a Techie:
    Uses digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and engage associates; uses handheld technology for production decisions, ordering, receiving club pickup orders, training, and product quality; adapts to new tools and encourages others to use them.
  • Be an Owner:
    Drives area performance; stocks and rotates merchandise; ensures quality and date control; eliminates waste; provides member service by acknowledging members and identifying needs; assists with purchasing decisions; handles payment types; locates merchandise; resolves member issues.
  • Be a Talent Ambassador:
    Acts as a brand advocate; fosters a respectful, supportive, and team-oriented environment; helps identify and address roadblocks and trains others.
  • Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity; supports the Open Door Policy; and applies these in executing business processes.
  • Completes work assignments by using policies, data, and resources; collaborates with managers, coworkers, customers, and partners; sets priorities and deadlines; communicates progress; and adapts to change and feedback.

Qualifications
  • Minimum Qualifications:

    Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Preferred Qualifications:

    Food Service and Food Handler Certification (Food Safety) - Certification
