The Sales Associate will focus on creating a memorable shopping experience for our customers. You will guide customers through hair color, cosmetics, skin care, and nails, acting as an advisor on our customer journey.

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complementary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
• Ensure customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
• Demonstrate our Cosmoprof Culture Values.
• Adapt to a range of working schedules and hours to suit everyone's needs.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1+ years of retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• Must be able to meet scheduling needs.
• Able to communicate with customers, coworkers and management clearly and concisely.
• Apply product knowledge training to support customer service.
• Read and explain product labels.
• Follow direction and perform other duties as assigned by Manager.

Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation. May be exposed to fumes and odors upon occasion. The position requires physical exertion, long periods of standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, stretching, reaching, and lifting moderately heavy items. It involves working around moving parts, carts, or machines, and may include exposure to irritant chemicals.
