The Operations Associate's role is to create an outstanding customer experience by performing operations functions within the store. The Operations Associate role is an early morning position and you will work with a team to perform functions prior to store opening.

• Customer Service – Navigate the store at a fast pace, assist customers, and provide excellent service.
• Executes pricing and signing – Change ticket prices and signing on merchandise across the store efficiently.
• Replenish and restock the store – Monitor stock levels and pull/prepare merchandise to ensure styles and sizes are available on the floor.
• Receive and unload merchandise – Work with teammates to unload trucks and prepare merchandise in the backroom.
• Backroom standards – Keep the stockroom safe, clean, and organized.
• Omnichannel – Contribute to Buy Online Pickup in Store, Ship from Store, Order Delivery and Returns, Shipping Online Orders, and Merchandise Receiving.
• Merchandise strategy – Implement leadership plans for merchandise placement and maintain merchandising standards to deliver a strong customer experience.
• Participates in a learning environment – Absorb information from peers or training materials on merchandising, shrink, safety, productivity, and other processes.

• Work experience – 1-2 years retail experience.

Pay Range USD $13.00/Hr - USD $16.25/Hr.
