Base Pay Range

$14.00/hr - $27.00/hr (actual pay based on skills and experience).

Annual or Quarterly Performance Incentives may apply. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Janitorial associates ensure customers have a great first and last impression of our stores. They look after the cleanliness of the store from the parking lot to restrooms to the receiving area, maintaining a clean and safe environment.

• Maintain cleanliness of store areas, including parking lot, restrooms, and receiving area.
• Ensure a safe environment for customers and associates.
• Use cleaning equipment and solutions safely and efficiently.
• Report maintenance issues to appropriate personnel.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous janitorial or custodial experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks.
• Basic math and communication skills.
