EssentialJob Duties
- Generate new business focused on revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction
- Research and identify new markets and customer needs
- Conduct outreach and meet with prospective clients to introduce New Age’s logistics solutions
- Present tailored sales solutions and promote our services to help clients achieve their transportation goals
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline aligned with company targets
- Provide ongoing support to customers and develop long‑term partnerships
- Deliver weekly updates on sales activity, pipeline status, and wins
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience in a sales function
- Prospecting and closing experience
- Strong computer skills and technically savvy
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Demonstrated resilience and comfort with high‑volume outreach and rejection
- High degree of accountability and persistence
- Strong sense of urgency
- Self‑motivated and able to work independently to meet daily activity goals
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Team player
- Eager to learn and open to different methods of execution
- Customer service oriented
- Excellent persuasion skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Travel is required based on operational and customer needs
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or similar
- 2+ years of experience in a sales function, in the logistics industry
- Bilingual, English/Spanish
