Responsibilities
  • Meet with motivated buyers and guide them through the home-buying process
  • Stay in regular, proactive contact using our follow-up systems
  • Deliver an unforgettable experience that earns repeat business and referrals
  • Host open houses and capture hot leads (we’ll help you promote them!)
  • Attend sales meetings and participate in our in-house Academy training
Qualifications
  • Licensed Real Estate Agent (or in the process)
  • Full-time availability and a passion for helping clients
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM and workflow tools
  • Excellent communication and follow-up skills
  • Driven, coachable, and goal-oriented with a winning mindset
  • Previous sales experience is a bonus, but not required
Compensation

$75,000 - $150,000+ at plan commission.
