Responsibilities- Provide maintenance and commissioning services including calibrations, I/O checkout, functional testing, troubleshooting and preventative maintenance.
- Offer responsive, customer-service-driven electrical and automation support to customers, including troubleshooting, remediation, implementation, commissioning, and testing of electrical and automation components and systems.
- Field instrumentation for troubleshooting, loop checkout, calibration, and support of functional checkout of a control system.
- Simple field metering devices and calibration equipment.
- Troubleshooting instrumentation and the control portion of P& for control systems.
- Troubleshooting PLC-based electrical control systems including input/output signals.
- Control panel and P&.
- Understanding and troubleshooting PLC control logic.
- Understanding and troubleshooting SCADA/HMI code.
- Programming and troubleshooting variable frequency drives (VFDs).
- Safety around work areas with various voltage sources (24 VDC, 120 VAC, 208 VAC, 240 VAC, 480 VAC, 600 VAC, 4160 VAC).
- Commissioning new or performing after‑startup service for former/current customers who call Revere for help.
- Installing replacement equipment for customers upgrading or replacing defective units.
- Installing electrical infrastructure materials including conduit, wire, and instrument support stands.
- Installing control panels and instrumentation devices.
- Understanding related plant processes and associated control system components and requirements.
- Three (3) to five (5) years of related field service experience.
- Basic computer skills using Microsoft Office Suite, e‑mail, and the internet.
- Completion of OSHA safety training/certification.
- Basic math and computer skills.
- Self‑motivated with a proven ability to take charge of tasks and complete them with minimal supervision.
- Knowledge and experience with specialized tools, test, and calibration equipment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with customers, vendors, company employees, and subcontractors.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to qualify for company insurance coverage.
- Paid Time Off and holiday policy: Up to 120 hours of Paid Time Off in your first year plus 8 paid holidays.
