ScheduleWednesday - Sunday 2nd Shift (3:30 PM - 11:30 PM)
Job SummaryAssist in day-to-day maintenance of community property and village residencies, including generators, nurse call, air mattresses, health center beds, lifts, computers, and elevators. This position primarily works Monday‑Friday 1st shift, but must be available for 2nd and 3rd shifts as needed.

- Perform basic plumbing and electrical repairs under the supervision of the Maintenance Engineer.
- Perform basic functions that are mechanical‑inclined with hand tools and operate power tools.
- Change light bulbs, A/C filters, filters, and ceiling tiles.
- Hook‑up sinks and toilets/urinals.
- Take temperature readings and boiler room readings; test generator and other equipment & pumps.
- Repair minor leaks less than 1” in diameter.
- Assist as required Maintenance Mechanic/Engineer with major projects.
Education and experience:
High school diploma or GED and 1‑3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in carpentry.
