Adena Corporation is seeking experienced Structural Welders with 3+ years of structural and connection welding experience for immediate openings. This role involves welding on heavy structural steel in field and/or shop environments. Proficiency in GMAW (MIG) and SMAW (STICK) welding on carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum is essential for this role. Proficiency in GTAW (TIG) welding is a plus.

Position Description
Perform structural connection welding on beams, columns, plates, and steel assembliesExecute welds meeting 3G and 4G requirementsUse Stick (SMAW) and MIG (GMAW/FCAW) welding processes at a minimumTIG welding as required (preferred, not mandatory)Read and interpret weld symbols, blueprints, and connection detailsEnsure weld quality meets visual and structural standardsFollow all safety requirements, including PPE and fall protectionWork efficiently to meet production and project deadlinesPosition Requirements
3+ years of structural welding experience, including connection weldingQualified for 3G and 4G welds at a minimumProficient in Stick (SMAW) and MIG/FCAW welding (minimum requirement)TIG welding experience is a plusStrong understanding of Weld Procedure Specifications (WPS)Ability to read and interpret blueprints and weld symbolsExperience working with heavy structural steel, including beams, columns, and girdersAbility to perform fillet and groove welds to structural standardsExperience using grinders and other welding-related hand and power toolsAbility to work at heights and in active construction environmentsReliable transportation and valid driver's licensePreferred Experience
