Skilled Laborertojoinour Manhole Rehabilitation team .The Skilled Laborerwillassistwiththeinspection ,preparation,repair,andrehabilitationofmanholesandrelatedundergroundinfrastructure.

Thispositionrequiresphysicalwork,attentiontodetail,teamwork,andastrongcommitmenttofollowingsafetyprocedures..

• Inspectmanholestoevaluatetheirconditionandidentifynecessaryrepairs.
• Cleanandpreparemanholesforrehabilitation.
• Applycementitious,epoxy,polyurethane,andotherrehabilitationmaterials.
• Perform coating,sealing,reinforcing,andrelatedrepairworkusingappropriatematerialsandtechniques.
• Ensurecompletedworkmeetsprojectspecificationsandcompanyqualitystandards.
• Followallcompanysafetypolicies,regulatory requirements,and confined-space procedures.
• Maintainaccuraterecordsofcompletedwork.
• Keeptools,equipment,andworkareascleanandorganized.
• Communicateeffectivelywithsupervisorsandothercrewmembers.
• Performotherrelateddutiesasassigned.

• Valid driver's license required.
• Twoyearsofundergroundutilityexperiencepreferred.
• Previousexperienceinmanholerehabilitation,undergroundutilityconstruction,orarelatedconstructionfieldpreferred.
• Abilitytoperformphysicallydemandingwork,includingliftingandcarryingheavymaterials.
• Abilityandwillingnesstoworkinconfinedspaces.
• Abilitytocommuteto Lakeland,Florida
  33810.
• Strongteamworkandcommunicationskills.
• Dependableworkethicandattentiontoquality.
• Commitmenttomaintainingasafeworkenvironmentandfollowingallsafetyregulations.

• Monday through Friday
• Approximately
  40-45hoursperweek
• Traveltojobsitesthroughout Florida and Georgia
