The University is equipped with cutting-edge facilities and equipment and two award-winning, architecturally distinct academic buildings. Its evolving curriculum, designed to meet the needs of industry and provide a life-long educational foundation for students, has helped the institution grow in prominence since its opening in 2014. • Lead student workers on installation projects and daily operations by assigning tasks, training them on proper techniques and safety practices, and reviewing their work for quality and standards compliance.
  • Respond to service requests and incidents involving cabling, connectivity, and installed devices; trace, troubleshoot, and repair physical-layer issues. Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to respond to after-hours incidents and outages.
  • Create and maintain documentation, including as-built drawings, labeling, test results, and rack elevations. Assist with project estimates, material lists, and coordination with contractors, vendors, and customers.
