As a Mentor, you’ll get paid for:

Every mile you drive
• Every mile your student drives

Yes — you get paid for all truck miles
, not just your own!

• Typical OTR mentor run:
  11 days total - GREAT HOME TIME FOR MENTOR DRIVERS
  • Day 1: Observation
  • Days 2–11: Student must drive at least 5 hours per day
• 14-hour clock
  :
  After your student drives 5 hours, you can run the rest of the clock and stack more miles
• Recommended rest
  :
  Take a week off or run solo between students

• Base CPM (based on tiered pay scale)- Your standard experience level pay, Plus! Plus! Plus!
• + $0.10 CPM while training
• + $0.04 CPM productivity bonus
• + other mileage & safety bonuses

• $500 bonus after student completes 10K safe miles
• $300 bonus after 20K safe miles
• After training 6 students
  , you become an Elite Mentor and receive:
  • $0.01 CPM for every mile your student drives in their first solo year at PAM

• Weekly pay via direct deposit

• Paid orientation

• Full benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401k)

• Supportive operations and dispatch team

• Steady, year freight with a dedicated customer

• Valid Class A CDL

• Minimum 3 months of recent tractor-trailer experience

• At least 21 years old

• Clean driving record preferred

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
