ORDER BUILDER (FULL TIME)

Location: Lakeland Canteen – 3204 Winter Lake Road Suite 10, Lakeland, FL 33803.

Schedule: Full‑time. Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday. Hours may vary; details provided during interview.

Pay: $15.00 per hour (fixed).

As an Order Builder with Canteen, you pull, pick and stack items, ensuring guests receive the products they need. You will work with technology that guides you to the correct quantities, discard damaged items, and lift up to 50 lbs. daily. The role supports our mission to deliver quality, service, and innovation to our clients.

• Pick products quickly and accurately based on smart technology guidance.
• Remove and discard damaged, popped, beaten or inedible items.
• Lift items up to 50 lbs. per day.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily order targets.
• Adhere to safety and quality standards.

• Preferred:
  Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as required by the job.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Reliability and punctuality.

Entry‑level management training is available. As you demonstrate result‑oriented performance, you may move into supervisory roles.
