Warehouse Associate

Innovativ Pharma, Inc. is looking for a dedicated and efficient Warehouse Associate to join our logistics team. • Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and quality control of products
• Organize and maintain inventory, including properly labeling and storing pharmaceuticals and healthcare products
• Fulfill orders by picking and packing items according to specifications and preparing them for shipment
• Conduct regular inventory checks and assist in managing stock levels to prevent shortages or overages
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and best practices in handling pharmaceuticals and warehouse operations
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to ensure efficient warehouse operations

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in warehouse operations or logistics is a plus
• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks, including standing for long periods
• Basic computer skills for inventory management systems and order processing
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
• Commitment to safety and quality in all warehouse operations
