Always Best Care Senior Services in Lakeland, TN is hiring full‑time and part‑time caregivers. The role supports clients with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, incontinence care, meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping.
Responsibilities- Assist clients with essential daily living activities.
- Provide bathing, grooming, and incontinence care.
- Prepare meals and remind clients to take medications.
- Perform light housekeeping duties.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation – required.
- Prior caregiver experience – required.
- Excellent attendance and dependability.
- Ability to assist with personal care and daily living activities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must successfully pass a background check and reference screening.
- TB skin test or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire.
- Competitive pay ($12.25/hr – $13.00/hr).
