Our Medical Device client is seeking a highly skilled Lead Supply Planning Analyst to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and monitoring the inbound movement of materials from suppliers. You will collaborate closely with purchasing, production, and engineering teams to ensure efficient material flow and meet operational requirements.

• Plan, schedule, and monitor inbound material
  movement from suppliers.
• Determine material requirements and coordinate efficient movement with internal teams.
• Develop specifications for new contract orders.
• Assess strategic bridge buy requirements

• Manage inventory planning
  , supply planning
  , and supplier relationships
  .
• Maintain project deliverables and ensure sourcing compliance
  .

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in supply planning or a similar role.
• Proven expertise in inventory planning and supplier management
  .
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Hands‑on experience with production inventory planning
  .
• Solid background in contractor management and project coordination
  .
• Familiarity with APICS principles; certification preferred.
• Experience in sourcing for medical device production strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of orthopedics industry is a plus.
