JOB SUMMARY

The Specialist - Motion Designer possesses expert-level skills in animation and motion graphics, contributing to the creation of dynamic visual content for digital marketing campaigns. This role is responsible for the conceptualisation and execution of motion graphics that communicate brand messages effectively and creatively.

Develop and execute complex motion graphics and animation projects from concept to completion, aligned with digital marketing strategies.

Serve as the motion design expert, offering advanced skillset and guidance on animation techniques and best practices.

Collaborate with the creative team to integrate motion graphics seamlessly into digital campaigns, enhancing storytelling and viewer engagement.

Lead and manage specialised motion design tasks, ensuring high-quality outputs that elevate the brand's digital presence.

Accept additional responsibilities as necessary to achieve creative goals and deliver on project requirements.

A Bachelor's Degree in Animation, Motion Graphics, Graphic Design, or a related field. Advanced qualifications or certifications in motion design are preferred.

5-8 years of professional experience in motion design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality animations and motion graphics.

Expert proficiency in motion graphics software, such as Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, or similar tools.

In-depth knowledge of animation principles and the ability to produce visually stunning motion graphics.

Ability to take the lead on animation projects, guiding concept development and execution with precision.

Bonus:
Experience with 3D modelling, video editing, virtual reality, or interactive design is a significant advantage.

Innovative and creative in approaching animation and motion design, with the ability to push the boundaries of the medium.

Excellent communication skills for effectively collaborating with team members and conveying animation concepts.

Capacity to mentor team members informally in advanced animation techniques and motion design principles.

Flexible approach to work, willing to dedicate the necessary time to create exceptional motion design content.
