Passionate Preschool Teacher (Full-Time 32-35 Hours Weekly)

What You’ll Be Doing:

Faith & Ministry

• Incorporate Jesus into daily conversation and prayer with students and parents, partnering with our faith based curriculum .
• Arrive prepared, punctual, and ready to engage with students each day
• Implement academic and Bible-based curriculum
• Adjust lessons to meet various learning styles and developmental needs
• Foster hands-on, sensory-rich learning (a little mess is okay!)

Flexibility & Commitment

• Be consistent and reliable in attendance
• Adapt when plans shift—because they will!
• Stay positive even when things don’t go as planned
• Attend all staff meetings, family events, and special school functions
• Maintain clear, professional communication with students, parents, and staff
• Follow all guidelines outlined in our Employee Manual and Parent Handbook
• Complete and share behavior and incident reports with families same day

Professionalism & Growth

• Participate in school accreditation
• Complete 10 hours of annual continuing education

Classroom Care & Prep

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe learning space
• Prepare thoughtful daily lesson plans and track student growth through 3 yearly evalutations
• Provide sub plans in advance when absent

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Able to bend, kneel, sit on the floor, stand for long periods, and lift up to 45 lbs
• Completed DCF 45 Hours
• Experience with Frog Street Curriculum, Line Leader, and Canva preferred
• Must hold a Florida Staff Credential and one of the following:
• Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood
• CDA
• Paid Time Off
