KINDERGARTEN CLASSROOM PARA EDUCATOR Essential Functions and
Qualifications:
- Ability to provide small group instruction
- Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing needs and assignments
- Ability to implement lesson plans as designed by the lead teacher
- Ability to relate to children in a positive manner
- Ability to use a firm but fair approach when working with elementary‑age students
- Ability to be a cooperative team player
- Knowledge of basic first‑aid procedures or willingness to be trained
- Excellent attendance record
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Experience with instructional technology (preferred)
- Ability to perform other duties as assigned
- High school diploma
Location: Lakeside Elementary
Rate: Support Staff Contract, Para educator Classification, Category III
Hours :
Monday - Friday, 10 hours per week
Start Date: As Mutually Agreed Upon
