Key Responsibilities- Commercial:
Contribute to the achievement of ATV, UPT, and conversion by delivering customer service excellence. - Customer Experience:
Ensure every customer experiences the Moss Way, with Spirit, Moss Moments, and Moss Confidence evident in every interaction. - Operational Tasks:
Keep the shop floor tidy, well-stocked and visually appealing at all times. Support with replenishment, size checks and keeping displays in line with visual guidelines. - Teamwork:
Work closely with your team to ensure smooth daily operations. Be a positive and reliable team player, always ready to support and contribute. - Learning & Development:
Take on training and feedback with enthusiasm. Build your knowledge of product, trends, commercial KPI’s and embrace the Moss Way, growing your confidence in the role.
- Personal KPI targets achieved (ATV, UPT, productivity).
- Positive customer feedback and team performance.
- Compliance and operational tasks completely accurately and efficiently.
- High personal standards in terms of performance, punctuality and reliability.
- Active and positive contribution to the team environment.
- A passion for delivering exceptional service and demonstrates the Moss Spirit – authentic, passionate, caring, and confident.
- Comfortable to approach customers, start conversations and help with their needs.
Shows a passion to learn about product, styling and commercial priorities, with a curiosity for both formal wear and casual wear trends.
- No previous retail experience is required – just a positive attitude and willingness to learn and most importantly a curiosity around the Moss brand and spirit.
