Pep Boys and Mavis Tire is hiring full-time Automotive Tire Technicians to join our Richmond, VA team. No experience is required, and you’ll receive paid training while earning a guaranteed hourly rate plus weekly incentive payments.
As part of the nation’s largest automotive service network, you’ll install and balance tires, rotate tires, and help meet delivery times in a fast-paced shop. Eligible technicians can earn weekly bonuses up to $800 during the introductory period.
