SAP Functional Analyst – MM/PP

Ocean Spray Cranberries is hiring a SAP Functional Analyst – MM/PP. This hybrid role is based out of our corporate headquarters in Lakeville, MA or our Seaport Boston, MA location with Mondays and Fridays remote.

As a key member of our technology team, you will design, develop, and deploy an optimized, integrated solution for Global Supply Chain functions across Manufacturing, Supply & Material Planning, and Inventory Management.

• Participate as an integral member of the ERP transformation project team supporting various work streams that intersect with Global Supply Chain business processes (Source‑to‑Pay, Plan‑to‑Make, Warehouse Management).
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, SAP development team, data governance, and subject‑matter experts to gather requirements and deliver implementations and enhancements within SAP MM/PP.
• Support cross‑functional initiatives to enhance Global Supply Chain processes, identifying productivity opportunities enabled by technology solutions.
• Maintain integrations within SAP MM/PP, oversee batch schedules, and coordinate with third‑party offshore and vendor support teams.
• Document and diagram existing systems and business processes to identify more efficient methods.
• Translate functional business requirements into technical requirements within an agile team.
• Perform cost‑benefit and return‑on‑investment analyses for proposed enhancements to aid management in decision‑making.
• Coordinate use‑case tests, end‑user reviews, and post‑implementation support.
• Deliver orientation and training to end users, including documentation of new capabilities.
• Provide production support and research application incidents with developers, end users, and the Application support team.
• Prioritize break/fix and enhancement requests with product managers, business leads, and Application support team to ensure timely delivery.

• 3+ years of functional SAP experience in MM/PP, ideally in a CPG/Manufacturing business.
• Basic knowledge of SAP Ariba a plus.
• Knowledge of APIs and other integration methodologies.
• Experience with SDLC/Agile methodologies.
• Strong multitasking and enhancement & production management experience.
• Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user‑friendly language.
• Experience working in a team‑oriented, collaborative environment.

• Bachelor's degree (required).
• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
