Junior Marketing Associate

This position requires a combination of marketing expertise and graphic design skills to create engaging content that drives sales and builds brand awareness.

• Execute the distribution ofpromotional messaging for Jushi’sretailbrands(Beyond Hello, NuLeaf and Nature’s Remedy).
• Create digital content that engages customers and drives sales.
• Design email, SMS/Push campaigns, social media posts, and other digital marketing materials
• Maintain the retail brand's online presence, including social media accounts, website content, and online advertising campaigns.
• Identify target audiences, create tailored marketing campaigns, and track effectiveness.
• Work closely with the creative, retail and commercial team to understand needs and create marketing campaigns that drive sales.
• Work with creative, retail and commercial to design and fullfillin-store signage and other needs.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management

• Proven experience in marketing and graphic design
• Excellent design skills,including proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team
• Knowledge of the cannabis industry and related regulations isa plus
• Experience with web design and digital marketing is amadatory
• Bachelor’s Degree inmarketingorrelated field or equivalent work experience
• A minimum of1-3years’ experience in developing creative and campaigns
• Excellent communications skills
• Creativity and the ability to develop original content.
• Ability todevelop content that provokes engagement.
• A passion for the cannabis industry
• Enjoys working in a start-up, fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently in a highly organized manner
• Must pass a criminal background check
