Premiere Exteriors LLC is seeking to hire a part‑time Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to sales teams, ensuring efficient operation and coordination of project activities. This role involves handling documentation, scheduling, and communication tasks to facilitate smooth office management and project execution. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail‑oriented, and comfortable managing a wide range of administrative and office management tasks.
DocumentationManagement
- Maintain and organize project documentation, including contracts, permits, and project plans.
- Prepare and distribute project reports and correspondence.
- Assist in scheduling inspections and coordinate with project team members, contractors, and clients to ensure timely communication and task completion.
- Handle office duties such as managing emails, maintaining office supplies and paying bills.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in the construction industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Detail‑Oriented:
Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation. - Multitasking:
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. - Interpersonal
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with team members and contractors. - Problem‑Solving:
Ability to identify and resolve administrative issues efficiently.
- Home office environment.
- Hourly rate: $20.00 - $30.00 depending on experience.
- Part time: 16 hours per week, with an increase in hours during peak spring, summer and fall seasons.
