GM​/Chevrolet Master Technician

Jeff Belzer's Auto Group is hiring for a Master and Journeyman Technician. This role involves diagnosing and repairing vehicle automotive systems to manufacturer specifications, providing labor and time estimates, and delivering high-quality customer service.

Base pay range: $33.00/hr additional compensation and benefits as described below. 40-hour week with no weekends (where applicable).

• Diagnose and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and AC to manufacturer specifications.
• Provide labor and time estimates for additional automotive repairs.
• Perform maintenance and light repairs; ensure quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
• Demonstrate teamwork, flexibility, and a focus on high levels of customer service.
• Maintain safety and compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Min. 2 years experience preferred; must be able to perform essential duties.
• Experience with Chevrolet is preferred but not required; diesel engine experience is a plus but not required.
• Positive attitude and team-oriented with strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage day-to-day responsibilities with integrity and transparency.

• Monday to Friday

• Guaranteed hourly rate of $33/hour and above; union incentive scale
• 40-hour work week with no weekends where applicable
• Sign-on bonus up to $5,000
