As an Automotive Technician, you'll be a vital part of our team, using your skills to diagnose and repair vehicles while ensuring our guests receive top-notch service. We’re looking for A-players who thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to tackle challenges head-on.

• Diagnose and repair vehicles, utilizing your expertise to find solutions for our guests.
• Gain experience working on a diverse range of domestic and foreign vehicles.
• Conduct thorough and honest courtesy vehicle inspections.
• Collaborate with team members to address guest concerns swiftly and effectively.
• Uphold our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization.
• Communicate effectively with the service department regarding any concerns.
• Engage in continuous training (up to 30 hours a year) to enhance your skills.

• A positive attitude and a genuine desire to serve our guests.
• 5+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic.
• ASE Certifications preferred, or a plan to achieve them.
• Ability to diagnose and repair all makes and models of vehicles.
• A commitment to meeting or exceeding hourly goals.
• A willingness to learn new skills and processes.
• A professional appearance and strong communication skills.
• A desire for long-term career development.

• Ability to lift and/or move over 100 pounds occasionally.
• Comfortable working with tools on vehicles lifted above your head.
• Capable of working in tight spaces as needed for repairs.
• Dexterity to efficiently use hand tools.
• Ability to walk/stand for the majority of the workday.
• Experience driving manual transmission vehicles.
• Proficient in navigating a computer.
