Post Consumer Brands corporate headquarters in Lakeville, Minn. is about 20 miles south of Minneapolis and St. Paul, Lakeville has all the benefits of smaller town living with access to everything a large metropolitan area has to offer. Are you ready to drive brand growth from strategy to shelf? We  looking for a dynamic, results-driven Sr. Manager of Trade Marketing to take the lead in shaping how our brands show up at retail—driving revenue, profit, and executional excellence through smart, integrated commercial plans.

In this role, you’ll serve as the strategic link between Marketing, Sales, and the broader commercial team—translating brand ambition into tailored customer and channel strategies that win at the shelf. You’ll own the 4

Ps (Product, Price, Place, Promotion) for a portfolio of brands and lead the charge in turning insights into action that fuels growth and profitability.

What You’ll Do:

  • Be the commercial lead for your brands—owning trade strategy, performance insights, and customer-level execution to meet revenue and profit targets.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Category Management, and Supply Chain to build and align on holistic strategies that balance company priorities with customer realities.
  • Lead the promotional forecast from the ground up, identifying volume-driving opportunities and influencing base planning based on pricing, assortment, distribution changes, and in-market trends.
  • Turn insights into impact by analyzing consumption and competitive activity to optimize promotional planning and elevate forecast accuracy.
  • Shape the long-term brand plan alongside Marketing, ensuring customer and category dynamics are embedded in strategic direction and annual operating plans.
