Senior Finance Manager – Manufacturing

Targeted Salary Range: $120K–$145K

At Post Consumer Brands, we’re looking for a strategic finance leader to partner with operations and drive performance across our cereal manufacturing network. • Shape Strategy: Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for manufacturing operations.
• Drive Insights: Analyze complex financial data and deliver actionable recommendations to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Lead & Inspire: Mentor and develop a talented finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and growth.
• Collaborate: Build strong partnerships with operations and cross-functional teams to align financial goals with business objectives.
• Deliver Results: Prepare and present financial reports to senior leadership, highlighting KPIs and opportunities for improvement.
• Optimize Processes: Ensure compliance, standardize best practices, and champion continuous improvement across plant finance teams.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• Experience: 8+ years of progressive finance experience in the Manufacturing industry; CPG background a plus.
• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication, and proven leadership experience.
• Attributes: Collaborative, detail-oriented, and highly organized with the ability to influence at all levels.

The pay range for this position is $99,119 - $154,626 per year.
