Facility Use Supervisor

Lakeville Area Public Schools is seeking a Facility Use Supervisor to be our on‑site liaison for facility activities, ensuring that everything runs smoothly for community members, students, and staff using our spaces.

As a Facility Use Supervisor, you’ll be the go-to person for everything related to the use of our district facilities, including classrooms, gyms, arts spaces, and outdoor fields. You’ll be responsible for opening and closing spaces, monitoring activities, and ensuring that all district guidelines are followed. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys providing exceptional customer service and thrives in a problem‑solving role.

• Flexible scheduling with evening and weekend hours during the school year, and optional day shifts in the summer.
• The option to work during the school year, summer, or both.

• $20/hour
• Anywhere from 5 to 29 hours per week
• Flexibility in your schedule

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience using Google apps, Excel, and Word.
• The ability to stay organized, take initiative, and work both independently and as part of a team.
