As our Sr. Structural Engineer,you will be hands‑on with technical design of buildings projects, oversee multiple projects simultaneously including budgeting, scheduling, and client management & communication, and attend project sites and client meetings.

• Collaborate with teams of engineers and architects to complete project deliverables.
• Coordinate design work with other engineering and architectural disciplines.
• Meet client expectations for budget and schedule while delivering a quality product.
• Increase proficiency in relevant design, modeling, and analysis software applications such as Revit, ETABS, RISA, RAM Structural System, RAM Elements, RAM Concept, Enercalc, Excel, Steel Smart, and Simpson CFS Designer.
• Increase your knowledge of local codes and industry standards.
• Assist with budget estimates and write-ups for proposals.

We are seeking the following experience and qualifications:

• B.S. Degree in Civil, Structural Engineering, M.S. in Civil or Structural Engineering is preferred.
• Professional Engineering (PE) license.
• 5+ years of relevant structural engineering design experience (Concrete, Steel, Masonry, Wood).
• Technical skills:
  Proficiency in industry-standard software (e.g., ETABS, RISA, RAM Structural System, RAM Elements, RAM Concept, Enercalc, Excel).
• Revit experience including modeling and producing construction drawings is preferred.
• Experience with seismic evaluations and retrofits per ASCE 41 a plus.

The salary range for this position is $120,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Additional compensation will include performance-based bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package covering medical, dental, PTO, 401(k), unlimited FTO (Flexible Time Off) and professional development opportunities.
