The Agency is seeking a Commercial Relationship Manager on behalf of a leading financial institution. This role is responsible for developing and managing relationships with business clients, providing tailored financial solutions, and driving portfolio growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial banking, credit analysis, and business development, with a passion for delivering exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary advisor for commercial clients, understanding their financial needs and providing strategic banking solutions.
- Develop and manage a portfolio of business clients, driving growth through lending, deposits, and treasury management services.
- Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
- Conduct financial analysis and risk assessments to ensure sound credit decisions and loan structuring.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including underwriting, credit, and product specialists, to deliver comprehensive financial solutions.
- Negotiate loan terms, structure financial products, and present recommendations to leadership.
- Stay informed on market trends, industry developments, and regulatory changes to provide proactive client advice.
Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in commercial banking, business lending, or financial relationship management.
- Strong understanding of credit underwriting, financial statement analysis, and risk management.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships while driving revenue growth.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of banking regulations, compliance, and commercial lending practices.
