The Trading Operations Associate is the backbone of our execution strategy. You will ensure that all trading activities are processed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with institutional standards.
Responsibilities- Manage daily trade reconciliation, settlement, and clearing processes.
- Liaise with prime brokers, custodians, and counter parties to resolve trade discrepancies.
- Monitor real-time trading systems and ensure optimal order routing.
- Assist in the development and implementation of automated trading workflows.
- Maintain rigorous documentation and compliance records for all transactions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience in trade support, middle office, or operations.
- Strong understanding of trade life cycles across multiple asset classes.
- Meticulous attention to detail and high degree of accuracy.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Series 7 or 63 licenses.
- Familiarity with Order Management Systems (OMS) and Execution Management Systems (EMS).
