• Responsible for the evaluation and provision of physical therapy services to children, including written documentation and verbal communication needed to administer care and provider orders.
• Provide patient/family/caregiver, staff, and student training; maintain a safe, clean environment; provide proper care for departmental equipment.
• Manage time effectively and promote patient/family, provider, and intradepartmental satisfaction.
• Operate within Children’s MN Standards of Behavior.
• This outpatient position is primarily based in Lakeville, with the expectation of working one day per week in Woodbury.

• Bachelor's, master’s, or doctoral degree from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Active Minnesota state licensure; temporary Minnesota state licensure accepted if accompanied by proof of passing the physical therapy board examination.
• BLS certification.
• Pediatric experience preferred.

The posted salary represents a market‑competitive range based on salary survey benchmark data for similar roles in the local or national market. In addition to your salary, this position may be eligible for medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other fringe benefits. Positions requiring night, weekend, or on‑call work may be eligible for shift differentials or premium pay. All job offers are contingent upon successful completion of an occupational health assessment, drug screen, background investigation, and compliance with the U.S. Government Form I‑9, Employment Eligibility Verification.
