Resident Assistant​/CNA​/NAR, Assisted Living, Care Suites and Memory Care

Walker Methodist Highview Hills offers senior living with services, assisted living, memory care, and care suites, located in Lakeville.

We are seeking Resident Assistants to provide hands-on personal care to meet residents' physical health and hygiene needs according to their individual care plans, under the supervision of a nurse. Responsibilities include administering medication, providing medication reminders, taking accurate vital signs, performing simple wound care dressing, and catheter care.

Part-time shifts: 3:00 to 11:00 pm and 11:00 pm to 7:00 am, including every other weekend. On-call hours are also available.

• Availability to work every other weekend
• Basic computer skills with experience or ability to learn electronic health record systems
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Sensitivity to resident needs and ability to build positive relationships

Preferred qualifications:

• Previous experience in acute care or long-term care
• Previous experience in medication administration
